By leasing your property to a Local Authority through Regions Estates, you will get all the benefits of being a landlord without the hassle, ensuring that rent collection and property management is taken care of. Our sign up process is simple and we'll guide you through each step.


1. Contact us

Call or e-mail us to arrange an initial conversation about your property. We’ll be able to advise on the suitability, how much rent we can offer you and the next steps.

2. Property inspection

We’ll then arrange to come and inspect your property. Here we will check the size and condition and confirm the rent we can offer you. We’ll also let you know if there’s anything you need to do to make your property suitable for leasing and provide more detailed information about the service and your options.

3. Certificates

If you’re happy to go ahead, you will need to send us copies of your EPC, EICR and Gas certificates. Don’t worry if you don’t have these, we can arrange for a qualified engineer to carry out the checks for you. We’ll also need 3 sets of keys. (One for the tenant and two sets for us to keep in case of emergency).

4. Inspection/Inventory

Once everything is in place, we’ll carry out a final inspection of the property and arrange the inventory.

5. Sign up

We’ll then sign the lease agreements, find you good tenants, begin paying your guaranteed rent and manage your property for you for the duration of our lease agreement
